Return Policy

At Forklifts Perth, we are committed to delivering high-quality equipment and outstanding service to our customers. While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we stand behind every forklift we sell or hire and will work with you to resolve any genuine issues in accordance with the following policy:

New Equipment Warranty

All new forklifts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If any faults arise during the warranty period, we will assist in coordinating repairs or replacements in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Hire Equipment – Full-Service Guarantee

Our hire machines are supplied under an all-inclusive service and maintenance agreement. If any issues occur during the hire period, we will promptly repair or replace the machine to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.

Used Equipment Warranty

All used forklifts come with a limited warranty, as specified at the time of sale. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the unit’s age, condition, and service history. We will work with you to clarify terms and support any issues arising within the agreed warranty period.

Governing Law

The laws of Western Australia govern these terms and conditions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
